Kathmandu. The report from ICOR –
Dear comrades,
On July 20, the ship “Handala” left the Italian port of Gallipoli to bring relief supplies to Gaza. International activists from Palestine solidarity are on board. Hatem Laouini from the PPDS Tunisia, deputy ICOR main coordinator, is also on board. (see: https://www.icor.info/en/2025/maritime-journey-to-brake-the-blockage-on-gaza) The voyage is organized by the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, which also includes the ship Madleen. It was hijacked off the coast of Gaza a few weeks ago and everyone on board was arrested. They also introduce Hatem on their website: https://freedomflotilla.org/2025/07/18/hatem-aouini/
